Pre-workout Supplements

This is a list of scientifically proven pre-workout suggestions to increase energy production.

1. Maintain proper hydration and glycogen levels from balanced diets.

2. Consume 15-50g of carbohydrates approximatily 15 minutes prior to workout.

3. a) Consume 6g of essential proteins approximatily 15 minutes prior to workout.

b). *Or 40g of complete protein.

4. *Non-essential amino acids have been shown to NOT increase muscle hypertrophy when taken before a work out (Chandler, T.J.)
